Promedon Group, according to its MISSION, VISION AND VALUES statement has developed P + I, Professional Training System.
It consists of a complete training process on the product, aimed at training experts on the solutions offered by Promedon in the regions in which it is present.
As an innovative company in the field of technology at the service of health, leader in the marketing of solutions for different pathologies, it was necessary to have powerful tools to provide technical knowledge to the staff as well as offering first-level care to physicians.
Given that our solutions are specific, it was necessary to develop an internal offer of ad-hoc training to ensure the desired level.
This Training System meets the following conditions:
- It is organized and has a clear structure.
- It is systematic, repeats training cycles and allows for retraining, update, etc.
- It involves the whole company staff.
- It has a measurement and assessment system.
Once the curriculum of the technical area has been developed, professional training is completed on the areas of general competences and skills, as well as on procedures and other key aspects of induction to the company.
It is offered in levels and courses of studies according to the specialty of the collaborator, respecting the progressive access to each of the defined knowledge areas.
The structure of the system was based on a detailed analysis of the knowledge required for each work position.
Each collaborator must show, in theoretical and practical assessments, the necessary knowledge to advice customers in two main aspects:
UNDERSTAND Show theoretical knowledge
APPLY Show functional competences
With the implementation of the “P + I” Professional Training System, the following will be achieved:
- The systematic organization of the training process.
- The scheduling of training activities for each person involved.
- The systematic organization of education activities by means of conventional classroom classes and distance classes.
- The assurance that all collaborators have an outstanding and consistent level of knowledge.
